- Luhanks – The governor of Ukraine’s Luhansk region says that five humanitarian corridors have been agreed in his region for today.
- Kiev – liberated villages on the border of Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions along with villages and suburbs to the west, northwest and east of Kiev retaking huge swaths of territory but also of Russian defensive positions.

- Superior Arms – Britain and its allies have agreed to send air and coastal defense systems, longer-range artillery and counter battery capabilities, armored vehicles as well as provide wider training and logistical support to Ukraine, British defense minister Ben Wallace said. And Australian prime minister Scott Morrison has said Australia will send armored Bushmaster vehicles to Ukraine after President Volodymyr Zelenskiy specifically asked for them during a video appeal to Australian lawmakers.
- US Navy – US SecDef has decided to keep both USS Harry S Truman aircraft carrier strike group and 82nd Airborne Division in place for now in the Adriatic
- Belgorod – Russia has accused Ukraine of sending attack helicopters across the border to strike an oil storage facility in what would be the first raid on Russian soil since the outbreak of the war if confirmed. Ukraine has not confirmed that it launched the attack. Ukraine ‘cannot confirm nor reject’ alleged involvement in depot strike, foreign minister Kuleba says.
- Europe – To buy Russian gas, they need to open rouble accounts in Russian banks,” Putin said in a televised appearance on Thursday. “It is from those accounts that gas will be paid for, starting 1 April. If such payments aren’t made, we will consider this a failure by the client to comply with its obligations.” The threat of a gas shutoff was reduced, however, as details emerged about the new deal, which appeared to allow European buyers to continue to pay for gas in euros and dollars. The decree Putin signed on Thursday authorizes the state-controlled Gazprombank to open foreign currency and rouble accounts for gas purchases. European buyers would pay in foreign currency and then authorize Gazprombank to make the conversion into roubles, which would then be used to formally purchase the gas.

These are particularly used to create terror to break the back of citizen resistance in occupied territories
